These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of First Blockchain News Network (FBNN™). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification to publish under your own name. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you publish. You confirm that your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others. FBNN™ does not endorse user generated content.
3. Three strikes policy
Strike 1: an automated warning is issued for a confirmed violation.
Strike 2: the account is suspended pending arbitration, and a suspension notice is displayed on the journalist page.
Strike 3: the account is permanently blacklisted. Blacklisted pages remain live as a permanent public record, with BLACKLISTED displayed across all content ever published.
4. Revenue
Eligible earnings are shared between the journalist and FBNN™ according to the published revenue split of 49% to the journalist and 51% to FBNN™.
5. Termination
FBNN™ may suspend or blacklist accounts that violate these terms. Certain records may be retained permanently for transparency and legal compliance.
