First Blockchain News Network (FBNN™) complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This page sets out your rights and how to exercise them.

1. Lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the platform, and our legal obligations.

2. Your rights

Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.

Right to erasure: request deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain for legal or transparency reasons.

Right to restriction and objection: limit or object to certain processing.

Right to data portability: receive your data in a portable format.

3. Biometric and identity data

Identity documents and facial recognition data collected during KYC are treated as sensitive data, encrypted, and processed only for verification and compliance.

4. Making a request

To exercise any right, email fbnn@inklington.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
